City of Quincy Public Tennis Courts

Courts are in poor condition. Having played here for the past 2 summers, noted a severe deterioration since summer 2025. Each court has massive cracks and multiple dead spots(especially in the service box). In addition, moisture beneath the asphalt leading to multiple bumps and blisters on the tennis surface. The only good thing is that you are able to play at night due to the lights turning on automatically. I wouldn't play here recreationally much less matchplay. There are better public courts in the nearby south shore towns.

It is fantastic move from the city of council to have some facilities like this for the public. I hope if they could do just a little more if they can when they can. Thank you to the city personnel especially the mayor of a Quincy and his office thank you guys so much you do an excellent job.

Plenty of parking, lights on til 10pm. The courts seem decently maintained, but a couple of cracks here and there.

Courts are good, but may have some disturbance from the headlights of the vehicles passing by. If the courts are full, it may be long waiting before you get one. I found most of the players are happy to ignore the people who are waiting, even after they played for couple of hours.

Great courts. Surfaces are well maintained and best of all, the people are friendly and welcoming. There are no publicly accessible restrooms so plan accordingly.
